When I found Root Capital after graduating from college, I was attracted by Root’s tangible model for development which provides farmers and employees of our client businesses the opportunity for self-realization through meaningful work. I’ve been fortunate to work in various roles at Root Capital, ranging from accounting, executive & board, legal, lending operations and, most recently, treasury operations. I oversee cash management activities including bank relationship management, cash forecasting, foreign exchange risk management, transaction processing and the development of internal controls across Root Capital’s global footprint.  I am excited to work with a wonderful multi-office team to continuously improve and develop our systems & processes. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy hiking, biking, and all things outdoors!
