As the Senior Credit Analyst Supports the growth and quality of Root Capital’s credit portfolio in West Africa by conducting financial and credit analysis of loan applications from rural small and medium enterprises (SMEs). and monitoring the quality of outstanding loans. Prior to working for Root Capital, Bennet worked as a Senior Business Services Officer in USAID/Agricultural Development and Value Chain Enhancement Program (ADVANCE) in Ghana, providing demand-driven technical assistance and training on improved business practices to farm businesses, farmer organizations and other value chain businesses. Bennet holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
